What is the Difference between Ultra2 Wide SCSI and Ultra Wide SCSI?

ANSWER:

The Ultra2 Wide SCSI standard is an upgrade to the Ultra Wide SCSI standard. Both standards use a 16-bit bus and the main difference lies on their supported data rates. The Ultra Wide SCSI supports data rates of up to 40 Mbytes/sec while the Ultra2 Wide SCSI supports data rates of up to 80 Mbytes/sec.
