®.
Following the lead of its predecessors, the 2.5-inch SCSI is unsurpassed in data access speeds of 0.1 ms with sustained sequential and random read/write transfer rates greater than 18 MB/sec and burst transfer rates of 20 MB/sec. It is the only flash-based SSD storage device to offer 100 percent data integrity through its patented PowerGuard
® feature.
