| Strategic Alliance Between BiTMICRO, Storm Company and NanoSignal to Bolster Innovations in MRI Technologies |  |
Partnership to Create MRI Solutions for the Medical Industry by Combining NanoSignal's SLICES™ Technology with BiTMICRO E-Disk® Solid-State Flash Drive
Fremont, California -- June 2, 2004 -- BiTMICRO Networks®, a pioneer in intelligent flash IDE/ATA, SCSI, USB, VME, PMC, CompactPCI, FireWire, Ethernet, and Fibre Channel solid state storage solutions, has formed a three-way technology partnership with Las Vegas, Nevada-based NanoSignal Corp. [OTC:NNOS], and systems integrator Storm Company to develop industry leading, next-generation image processing technologies for the MRI market.
SLICES™ is an image processing software that manipulates raw data matrices obtained through the MRI scanning process. It is being incorporated into an E-Disk® enabled hardware console, currently under development by Storm Company, a Las Vegas-based systems integrator and technology consulting firm. When completed, NanoSignal Corp. [OTC:NNOS] intends to market this console as an add-on to enhance the performance of MRI systems worldwide, including those manufactured by General Electric, Hitachi and Siemens, among others.
The alliance is currently conducting extensive beta tests using the E-Disk® flash drive as main storage component. Initial results produced magnetic resonance images that boast up to 10 times more clarity and resolution than conventional MRI tools. In addition, SLICES™ significantly reduced patient scan time and the need for patient callbacks and rescanning.

When NanoSignal is ready to commence marketing its console, Storm Company will supervise commercial production, shipping, installation and user training. "All of these functions will be performed by our global network of sub-contractors.
